Switching from fossil fuels to biomass significantly reduces operating costs, especially when the fuel is produced locally and biomass waste becomes available resource for the heating plant. Replacing fossil-fuel installations with biomass systems lowers CO₂ emissions and creates a more sustainable, environmentally friendly source of heat.
Our system can be fully integrated into cogeneration installations that combine heat and power production. A high-pressure steam boiler is installed downstream of the combustion chamber, capable of generating up to 35t of steam per hour at temperatures reaching 480°C. These operating parameters enable efficient electricity generation using either a steam turbine or an ORC module.
Linka Energy systems provide strong support for the agricultural sector by delivering reliable and cost-efficient heat. Our solutions are used in livestock farms—such as poultry and pig production – as well as in greenhouses, where stable temperatures are essential. Our installations can be used for the production of process steam across a wide range of industrial applications and other sectors. The steam systems are based on proven design principles from our hot-water installations, enhanced with the necessary modifications to the boiler, pressure components, and auxiliary systems to ensure safe and efficient steam generation. We offer design pressure ranges from 4 to 90 bar, allowing us to tailor the installation to both medium- and high-pressure steam demands.
